Business Management Intern (Current College Student)

Overview
Safari Sports is a Youth Sports League that's currently growing throughout the United States. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Management Intern that’s currently enrolled in college to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within several fields of Business including Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Human Resources, Data Analysis + so much more.

The ideal candidate must have a passion and desire to gain experience in the field of business and must currently be enrolled in a "Business" degree program at an Accreddited College.

This position will also provide selected interns with the opportunity to receive academic credit from their current college for their internship experience with Safari Sports.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing: Utilize Safari Sports Marketing Flyer Templates to market to current Safari Sports Parents, Kids and Followers through our social media platforms. Analyze and compare metrics, engagement and analytics. Flyer templates also includes Welcome Flyers for our Coaches/Staff.
  • Business Management: Provide the Daily Reports of enrollment for our Sports Leagues to Safari Senior Leadership Team including a report of which enrollments paid / which enrollments have not paid. Welcome each registered parent and confirm payment for league if not paid upon registration during welcome call.
  • Finance: Review monthly registration payments of current enrolled athletes. Track the # of current athletes that paid monthly registration by due date vs. Those that did not
  • (Track the % of paid vs. non paid before due date each month)
  • Track the % / quantity paid after due date.
  • Track the % / quantity that did not pay before the late the deadline.
  • Human Resources: Assist Directors with scheduling monthly 1 on 1 staff evaluations with their teams. Complete exit interviews. Post jobs postings and assist in creating job descriptions and the interview process.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.This internship is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow their skill set while making valuable contributions to our organization. Join us in shaping the future through data-driven decision-making!

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per week
