Business teacher for 8-16 year olds

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Teacher to inspire and educate students aged 8 to 16 years old in the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business principles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster young minds from around the globe.

Duties

  • Use AMIC platform and Zoom to hold online classes for AMIC students.
  • Assess student progress. Provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
  • Mentor students by fostering leadership skills, encouraging entrepreneurial thinking, and supporting their personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional modifications, and implementing best practices for teaching teenagers from varied cultural backgrounds.
  • Maintain classroom discipline through effective behavior management strategies while creating a positive, inclusive environment conducive to learning.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of business concepts including marketing, management, economics, finance, and entrepreneurship.
  • Experience working with children and teenagers in educational settings; familiarity with middle school and high school teaching environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly convey complex ideas in an engaging manner suitable for young learners.
  • Proficiency in educational technology integration and digital learning tools to support interactive instruction.
  • Classroom management expertise combined with behavior management techniques that foster respectful student interactions.
