We're Hiring | Client Experience Consultant
Quest Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Client Experience Consultant for a leading financial services client.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client support and resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support client onboarding and digital platform adoption.
  • Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.


Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce or related field.
1-2 years' experience in Client Experience, Operations or Financial Services.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of digital platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Location: Rosebank/Johannesburg

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field (Essential)

Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous

1-2 years' experience in a client-facing role within Financial Services, Operations, Client Services, or Client Experience

Understanding of digital transformation, CRM systems, and digital banking platforms

Knowledge of Financial Services products, channels, and client service processes

Understanding of banking risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities
