As a Creative Assistant on the Documentaries team at Amazon, you will play a key role in enabling producers, directors, and cross-functional partners to focus on what they do best — telling compelling stories. You will manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and keep day-to-day operations on track so that projects move forward without a hitch. If you are an organized self-starter who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and working alongside creative talent, this role is for you.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders, applying an understanding of shifting priorities to ensure the best use of everyone's time.</li><li> Plan, organize, and execute team events and meetings, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external partners.</li><li> Create and process expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and policies.</li><li> Build and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvements that increase team efficiency and drive consistent results.</li><li> Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, track key deliverables to completion, and follow up on outstanding action items.<br><br></li></ul>A day in the life<br><br>You will start your morning reviewing the day's schedule, confirming meetings, and flagging any conflicts before they become problems. Throughout the day you will toggle between coordinating travel plans, preparing expense reports, greeting visitors, and keeping project trackers up to date. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
