This is a fast-paced, high-touch role for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable managing a constantly changing schedule. The ideal candidate has experience working directly for a high-level executive, entrepreneur, founder, or similarly demanding principal and understands how to anticipate needs rather than simply react to requests.
