Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities within the company. Ensure that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times. Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures. Manage facility budgets, including tracking and approving expenses. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards. Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure quality and timely service. Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding facility operations and maintenance. Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs and services. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facility needs are met. Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to promote sustainability. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make suggestions for process improvements. Train and supervise facilities staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
