Location Remote (US Hours - Remote from South Africa) Engagement (Could include international travel to North America - A Passport would b good to have) Trainer posts are only a few days at a time/ as and when training is needed - this isnt a full-time role Overview We are looking for an experienced ITIL Certified Trainer (PeopleCert) to deliver ITIL training and prepare learners for ITIL Foundation and advanced PeopleCert exams. Responsibilities Conduct ITIL training aligned with PeopleCert curriculum and frameworks. Deliver both foundational and advanced ITIL modules depending on expertise. Provide clear, practical IT Service Management (ITSM) examples. Guide learners through exam preparation, practice questions, and course materials. Requirements ITIL Certified Trainer through PeopleCert (mandatory). Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL best practices.
