Lead Generation Agent (Call Centre)

Introduction

A well-established contact centre is seeking motivated and customer-focused Warm Lead Generation Agents to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process by qualifying warm leads and connecting them with the appropriate sales consultants.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Contact warm leads supplied by the business.
  • Engage with prospective customers to determine their needs and level of interest.
  • Qualify leads according to campaign requirements.
  • Accurately capture customer information on the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the relevant sales consultants.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service during every interaction.
  • Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Ensure all customer records are accurate and up to date.

Package & Remuneration

  • Previous call centre experience (lead generation, customer service, or sales).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
