Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting financial needs analyses, developing and presenting tailored financial plans, and regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to align with changing client goals. The role also involves networking to grow an established client base, maintaining regulatory compliance, completing required training and accreditation, and collaborating with IWCP’s leadership and mentorship teams to continuously refine professional skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with the ability to design and present holistic financial solutions.</li><li>Grade 12 (Matric) is required; a relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is advantageous.</li><li>Clear credit record and no criminal record, with eligibility for accreditation and licensing in the financial services industry.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an established client network or the ability to build one.</li><li>Demonstrated tenacity, effective planning, organizing, and time management skills, and comfort working in a performance-driven environment.</li><li>Willingness to participate in comprehensive training and ongoing mentoring, with a commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards.</li></ul>
