Manager, Executive Talent Management

Job Description:

  • Develops career development, talent planning, and performance management solutions
  • Works with HR partners and business leaders to develop and implement talent discussions and succession planning processes and tools for the enterprise
  • Develops programs supporting associate and leadership development
  • Establishes a common approach to mentoring and career pathing
  • Develops and manages performance management processes and tools
  • Partners with SSC and field professionals outside the workgroup
  • Reports to the Senior Manager, Performance Systems (Talent Planning, Performance Management & Career Development)
  • Requires typically less than 10% overnight travel
  • Has no direct responsibility for supervising others

Requirements:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Planning processes
  • Project management experience in a corporate context
  • Analytical background to support analysis of employee data
  • Facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Master's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills; ability to initiate project plans and balance multiple changing deadlines and priorities
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Flexibility in a changing fast-paced environment with multiple work demands
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
