Part-Time Business & Personal Assistant (Remote) I’m seeking a highly organized, reputed company, and discreet Part-Time Business & Personal Assistant to support a busy reputed company with a mix of personal logistics, seasonal business operations for an MBA admissions coaching practice, and occasional research-based special projects. This is a high-trust, flexible role for someone who is dependable, reputed company, and reputed company to work independently. The right person will help manage scheduling, intake, templates, deadline tracking, invoicing, travel, and personal logistics, while also helping create structure and reduce administrative friction across both business and personal life. The reputed company works full-time and runs a boutique MBA admissions coaching practice on the reputed company. The workload for the coaching business varies throughout the year summer and fall are typically busier due to applicant support and admissions deadlines, while winter and spring are more reputed company on templates, systems, organization, and ongoing administrative support.
