This role combines front-office administration, graphic design and digital marketing responsibilities to support the Company's operational and day-to-day marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: Reception and Administrative Support Welcome and assist visitors, clients, customers and suppliers professionally. Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence. Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars. Perform general filing, recordkeeping and administrative duties. Assist with office coordination and client, customer and supplier communications. Graphic Design and Branding Design and produce marketing materials. Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Company brand guidelines. Liaise with printers and suppliers regarding printing\/production specifications. Maintain and update Company branding and material. Digital Marketing and Communications Develop, create and schedule social media content. Manage the Company social media platforms and online presence. Conduct market research and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and client and\/or customer engagement. Liaise with management and marketing team and prepare and submit marketing reports. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric. Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be advantageous. Proven experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites. Experience with social media management and digital marketing. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. Competencies Creative thinking and attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent time management and planning skills. Professionalism and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br><br><br><br>
