Upsender is growing its remote sales team and looking for friendly, motivated people who want to build a career in sales. You do not need years of sales experience to apply. What the Position Looks Like As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospective customers who are interested in learning more about our products and services. Your job is to have helpful conversations, understand what the prospect is looking for, explain available solutions, answer questions, and follow up when appropriate. Day-to-day work may include: - Speaking with prospective customers by phone and video - Learning about their goals and current situation - Explaining our services in an easy-to-understand way - Following up with interested prospects - Helping people determine whether our services are a good fit - Keeping organized notes on conversations - Participating in team meetings and coaching - Practicing and improving your sales skills We Provide the Training You are not expected to arrive knowing everything. New team members receive training and support that can include: - Sales process training - Product and service education - Conversation frameworks and scripts - Role-play and practice - Coaching from the sales team - Feedback on calls - Ongoing skill development We're much more interested in someone who is coachable and willing to improve than someone who knows every sales technique already.
