We are currently filling the following contract job for our client.</p><p><strong>Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator I <br><br> OVERNIGHT SHIFT starting at 7PM CT, Thurs-Sun</strong></p><p><strong>Overview:<br></strong><br> Join a dynamic team as a Technical Project Coordinator I, supporting field service activities associated with major installations, upgrades, and professional services for a leading communications company. This remote overnight role (starting at 6pm – 3am EST, Sunday through Thursday) is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of technical projects, coordinating between field technicians, project teams, vendors, and clients to meet operational goals and customer expectations.</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication and coordination skills. </li><li>Ability to monitor and manage multiple activities in real-time. </li><li>Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and ILEX. </li><li>Experience supporting technical or field operations. </li><li>Ability to perform detailed documentation and compliance tracking. </li><li>Customer service orientation with a focus on operational excellence. </li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with telecom or cable installation projects. </li><li>Knowledge of technical requirements and safety protocols. </li><li>Familiarity with Primavera or similar project scheduling software. </li><li>Prior experience supporting overnight or shift-based roles. </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred. </li><li>Prior experience coordinating field or technical projects is advantageous. </li><li>Minimum 1-2 years in a project coordination or operational support role. </li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work overnight shifts from 6pm to 3am EST, Sunday through Thursday. </li><li>Comfortable with remote work environment and flexible schedule. </li></ul><p>If you're ready to contribute to critical technical projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced, operational role, we encourage you to apply now and take the next step in your career!</p><p>MissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
