Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

<strong>Little Critters Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.<br><br></strong>In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services — for dogs, cats, and exotic pets alike. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment where clients and their pets are treated like family.<br><br><strong>Schedule And Compensation<br><br></strong><ul><li>Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour, for each hour worked</li><li>Schedule: This is a full-time or part-time position with a flexible 5 x 8 schedule, Monday–Friday with some Saturday half-day coverage.
