INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Location: Starbase, TX
Pay: Up to $24/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Day or Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to support fast-paced manufacturing and production operations in Starbase, TX. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, kitting, and issuing materials and parts while maintaining accurate inventory and traceability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, store, organize, and issue raw materials, parts, hardware, and supplies.
  • Pick materials and prepare kits needed to support production operations.
  • Verify incoming materials for correct part numbers, quantities, revisions, paperwork, and damage.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and material traceability.
  • Perform cycle counts and validate lot tracking.
  • Monitor shelf-life materials and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Follow established material-handling procedures and inventory processes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of inventory control or warehouse experience required.
  • Previous experience with inventory, material handling, picking, or kitting.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to accurately follow procedures and documentation requirements.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience.
  • Forklift or material-handling equipment experience.
  • ERP system experience such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics environments.

SCHEDULE & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be available for at least one of the following shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required. Position requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing/pulling, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Pay: Up to $24/hour
