About This Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You'll help develop and execute marketing strategies across our social media channels, supporting brand awareness and customer engagement. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice

• Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that connect with our audience

• Collaborate with team members to plan campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives

• Monitor performance metrics and social media analytics to understand what's working and suggest improvements

• Assist in building and nurturing customer loyalty programmes and engagement initiatives

• Help coordinate marketing initiatives across different channels and customer touchpoints

• Support the integration of marketing tools and technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are effective and aligned with company goals

• Stay informed about emerging social media trends and marketing technologies that could benefit the business

Skills/Background Needed

• Passion for social media and digital marketing (no prior professional experience required – we'll train you)

• Familiarity with major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest

• Strong written communication skills and ability to create engaging, clear content

• Comfort with basic analytics and a desire to understand performance data

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work effectively with team members across departments

• Curiosity about marketing tools, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging technologies

• Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and adapt to feedback

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience managing social media for a brand or business (even informally)

• Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva

• Basic experience with marketing automation or email platforms

• Understanding of SEO or paid social advertising basics
