About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Medical and Health Services Managers interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects involving healthcare operations, clinical administration, compliance management, and healthcare service delivery.

The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated healthcare management content, operational plans, staffing decisions, compliance assessments, and administrative workflows while helping improve the quality and effectiveness of next-generation healthcare AI systems.

You'll apply your expertise in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, budgeting, compliance, personnel management, and healthcare administration to support the development of advanced AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staffing models, compliance reviews, and administrative documentation.
  • Compare AI-generated outputs based on operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, organizational feasibility, and healthcare management best practices.
  • Review scenarios involving healthcare administration, workforce management, budgeting, strategic planning, quality improvement, and clinical operations .
  • Assess healthcare management content for accuracy, practicality, compliance, and real-world applicability.
  • Provide detailed written feedback and professional evaluations of AI-generated work.
  • Help establish high-quality evaluation standards for healthcare operations and management-focused AI systems.
  • Contribute domain expertise to improve healthcare administration and operational reasoning within AI models.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or a related healthcare leadership role.
  • Experience directing or coordinating healthcare services across hospitals, clinics, healthcare systems, managed care organizations, or public health agencies .
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, budgeting, staffing, compliance, and quality management.
  • Ability to evaluate complex healthcare management decisions with professional judgment and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to provide clear operational feedback.
  • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week .
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hospital administration, clinical operations, healthcare consulting, healthcare quality improvement, revenue cycle management, or health system leadership .
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience reviewing operational reports, staffing plans, strategic initiatives, or healthcare performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted healthcare tools, healthcare technology platforms, or digital health solutions.
  • Experience mentoring healthcare leaders or contributing to healthcare training and development programs.
Compensation
  • Competitive compensation of $70–$110/hour.
